Keep stepping

Hope everyone is well

I have had a very energetic week,the weekend saw a lot of steps on my fitbit,which is always a bonus. By the time lockdown is over I will hopefully be the weight that I want to be,it’s mainly toning up but I do the workouts to feel good and healthy as it helps me have a good night sleep.

My hair is getting longer and I cut down on makeup.i use my jade roller everyday which I think is amazing I would recommend.

I feel a lot healthier since doing the p.e with jo and the hiit workouts,I didn’t see a difference to start with but 8weeks in and I’m starting to,I really want to keep it up.
