Almost done my 30,000 steps today,I have done PE with jo wicks which I do every weekday followed by a 20min hiit session which was savage. After that I done 30min treadmill workout.
We then went for a long walk and was lucky enough to see the swans on the canal. We clocked up a lot steps and the sun was shining but the wind was blowing.
Feeling healthy after a great workout and lovely walk there’s something relaxing about walking near water.i can’t have the sea so the next best thing is the canal with the swans and the ducks.
