Legs bums and tums πŸ¦΅πŸΌπŸ¦΅πŸΌπŸ‘πŸ‘™

This is my 2nd Saturday doing a leg bums and tums workout.because I do a lot of cardio during the week then I thought it would be nice to work on my legs bum and tum which is low impact.it doesn’t give much steps but in certainly makes you sweat.πŸ₯΅πŸ₯΅

I done lots of squats and lunges today and I love doing the floor work sit ups and crunches,it really works the absπŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

The workouts have a lasting effect during the day you feel like you have achieved something your body really likes and needs the exercise.it not only makes your body strong it makes your mind strong to.thats why I want to keep up with it as much as I can.πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I’m physically getting stronger and find my motivation by keeping in mind how I will feel during and after my performance.because I love dancing it’s easy to a hour in the gym with great tunes.you soon get all hot and sweating and that’s when you know you had a great session.πŸ’ƒπŸ»

So if you don’t have much time and you want to work on certain areas of the body you should search on you tube for a 15-25 minute workout video you can choose a number of ones my favourite is joe wicks he not only does great workouts he also does them in nice areas with great views.
