It’s another Saturday of workouts and cleaning so today after my 2 hour workout I done cleaning to my podcast then had a cleaning session listening to fearne cottons sounds of 90s.And how great that time was some real cracking tunes.The 90s was the best of making tunes that make you burst with energy.
It’s not just exercise it’s good for it’s a great mood booster also and the great thing about the sound tracks is there songs that you loved but forgot about so it really does bring back happy times but also makes you fall in love with songs all over again.
I hope you have chance to listen it’s on BBC sounds Fearne Cotton sounds of the 90s I can be sure your be getting to your feet for most of the sessions.It makes cleaning so much more fun.

The best place in the whole world is the seaside. Due to the smell of the sea air and the feel of the sand on your feet.theres nothing like it.
To make it more healthy a nice swim on the sea not only freshens you up and gets your heart racing it also does good for your skin.
Sand is a great exfoliate scrub and along with the fresh salty sea feels amazing.

So my blog in not only about sweating and getting sticky. I want to talk a little about beauty products I like and how I changed my routine during lockdown.
I wouldn’t say my skin was awful but wanted to give it a break from the foundation and powders I was putting on.so during lockdown my only product I used on my face was a clean and clear moisturiser after I used my jade roller of course.i used a little oil you can use bio oil it lasts forever because you put a little on the small roller first gently massage it across your eyes.the coolness of the stone really wakes your eyes up.
After using the jade roller I use my gua sha board across my face gently scraping any dead skin away.
My next job is to use my day cream with my little blue massage devise feels so good on the skin.
Sometimes I use foundation but try not to put to much on if I do and I try to have at least two days without it.
Just thought I would say abit about skin care as it’s not just exercise you need to think about your skin reacts with exercise and diet but it’s good to protect it.you should always wear sun cream which I try to and it is easy for me as I love the smell of it.oh yeah I always use a under eye cream with a little makeup brush which feels amazing.
Also to feel fresh for summer I love lovely summer perfumes. My favourite is Hawaiian tropical summer breeze from Superdrug I can smell it all day ❤️❤️❤️stay beautiful stay healthy and enjoy every workout 🚵🏻♀️🧗🏼♀️🤸🏻🏋🏻🏋🏻♀️🤾🏻♂️🤽🏃🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️
So today I would like to talk about my new exercise toy the Powerspin. It’s a round devise with a little heavy ball inside.Its designed to help tone up the biceps it can tone up build strength and muscles in the body by performing different workouts with.
Depending on what areas you wanted to work on you can personalise your own workout plan with it.its great for if your short on time but want a little arm tone up.
Things are getting better now I hope everyone else is feeling good,it could be the fact that the sun is out or because I’m happy with my course and done two great workouts after work,which by the way is not going to badly now I’m in a routine.
As I have a holiday coming up I’m really getting into fitness to tone up.i really can’t wait to go swimming it’s one of the best forms of exercise.i haven’t been swimming since December when I went Portugal,which was amazing.
Because I don’t have the time I use to have I’m still determined to do my workouts but also to do my walks I walk to work and home and then do a PE with Joe wicks it’s a great workout because it’s different moves every time. You certainly feel great doing workouts it’s the best medicine.
Started my NVQ course today in exercise health and nutrition. 💻📲
I have done a PE workout and a jog around the park today saturdays are normally not so busy with steps as it’s the weekend but next week it may change depending on my new timetable.
I’m aiming to do PE workouts on Monday, Wednesday after work and Saturday and hopefully on Saturday I can squeeze in a legs bums and tums workout to.
I’m going to be starting a new course soon it’s a health and fitness one this time,I have a week of my mindfulness course which is great.
Sad times ahead though as i will be returning back to work so workouts and walks will be less which is so sad,Friday will be the hardest day of the week as my canal walk will be no more 😡😡😡😡😡😡
I still want to workout when I can as it will be a shame as I worked so hard and slowly seeing results.
It’s going to be hard but there’s some things I want be going back to because of lockdown one being I’m no way getting up early before work,since lockdown getting up just after 7.30 is a perfect time I’m not tired during the day and am more relaxed.(IM NOT RUSHING)also I’m walking to work no matter what,the fresh air and my iPod will keep me sane just before being inside for hours.
Also keeping up the online learning will be great as I enjoyed the last one so this one will be good as well.it should help with ideas for this blog.

So as lockdown is almost at a end I am proud of all the workouts and exercise we (the family)have done I will be sad not to be doing so much I have loved learning new moves,it is a shame we can’t do are routine for ever I will miss it so much,so I’m making the most of my exercise for the next 2 weeks.
If lockdown has taught me anything is we can live a simple a happy life and you shouldn’t take things to serious and I am going to keep as much exercise up as I can and try to get fitter and more healthy.
I have also been completing online courses I done a social care one and I’m in the process of doing a mindfulness one.i will be looking to complete some more in the future while on the hunt for a new job as it will be time for new life style.
This is my 2nd Saturday doing a leg bums and tums workout.because I do a lot of cardio during the week then I thought it would be nice to work on my legs bum and tum which is low impact.it doesn’t give much steps but in certainly makes you sweat.🥵🥵
I done lots of squats and lunges today and I love doing the floor work sit ups and crunches,it really works the abs🏋🏻♀️
The workouts have a lasting effect during the day you feel like you have achieved something your body really likes and needs the exercise.it not only makes your body strong it makes your mind strong to.thats why I want to keep up with it as much as I can.🧘🏼♀️
I’m physically getting stronger and find my motivation by keeping in mind how I will feel during and after my performance.because I love dancing it’s easy to a hour in the gym with great tunes.you soon get all hot and sweating and that’s when you know you had a great session.💃🏻

For the last few weeks of my jogging to the park with my son we have been chased by a little squirrel,he’s so brave sometimes he runs right out in front of you like he wants you to fall over him.
One day last week he was chasing right after my son before he dived up a tree then the next time we ran past he came down and ran after us again.
Today he did the same to me it’s so cute I look forward to my next jog just to see if comes after us again he’s a killer squirrel.its great when you see different things out on your run it makes you want to stick at it just to see your nature friends.🦔🦡🐿🐓🐩🐑🦙🐄🐞🐝🦆🐜🐞🐌🦋🦢🦜
