The feelings of calm is very important especially at this stressful time. Everyone is different , I feel calm a lot of the time but when I don’t it doesn’t take long to get the calm back.

My calm is thinking of my favourite place, which is on a beach any beach in the world they are all amazing.

I’m very calm at the moment other then the virus.I’m happy being safe in my own home with my family although I do miss my daughter.

Every Monday to Friday I do a long morning workout p.e with joe wicks and the family then a nice jog followed by a 45minute workout in the gym. That’s a great way to spend the week, that’s my calm place.

Being in lockdown has also made me want to do abit of studying so I have signed up for a health and social care course.not only will it keep me busy it will be rewarding to,and could help me in the future.

Hope everyone stays home and stays safe.keep calm and carry on

You have one life live it πŸ€ͺ

Wellbeing journal

I’m still doing parts of my wellbeing journal,it’s helping me think and keeping me some what sane.

I have used the pages in my book to describe the things I’m currently into,I enjoy drawing to so I do little doodles.

Today after my long workout I had a nice refreshing bath and dyed my hair and had a face mask. I can’t have it cut so I might as well dye and grow it.

Easter eggs

Hope you had a happy easter, even though it was easter I feel proud that I didn’t over do the eggs or even the drink,I think this is the first year in a while that I didn’t have any wine.

I’m positive in thinking I will enjoy a glass of wine more if I have a break from it,it’s the same when you cut out chocolate, you enjoy every mouthful the next time u have a naughty treat.

Now easter is over my no chocolate rule will be back in full swing.

I hope to be fitter by the summer and I’m taking my family with me.

When lockdown is done we will need to go clothes shopping🀣

Remember to stay safe and stay in, do homework’s when possible, enjoy everyone moment, keep smiling through the pain it’s so worth it.

In need of a workout

It’s very easy not to do a workout but if you remember how you felt after you done it it will make you think how worth it it will be.

Now I have a new routine at the moment and it is with 4 of my family members and a PE coach on YouTube, there’s loads out there, all it is is 20min workout at home then about 25-30min jog around my local park and then about 20-25min gym workout in my garage.

You may ache after but it’s so worth it.

So get of the sofa and push yourself. Your body will Thankyou for it.

Hope everyone is well,I’m good enjoying doing my wellbeing journal,it’s not just a body workout you should be doing while being at home,it’s good to give the mind one as well.

Not been on here for awhile due to illness.the worse part is not being able to do a workout and my normal routine of steps.

As soon as I feel better I’m doing a workout in my gym, can’t wait for a nice run on the treadmill.πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ»πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈI’m trying to get healthy and move as much as I can.although the more I rest the better I will feel when I’m better and can then work hard.its hard not to feel crap about not working out when it makes you feel happy and healthy.

Zumba and yoga

So today I did a little bit of zumba and a little bit of yoga as well as my normal run on the treadmill and cross trainer workout.

Yesterday I did a lot of steps due to a lot of walking as well as a gym workout.

I feel great for doing it and not worried when I sit and rest.
